Where we deliver
We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India through our logistics partners. We do not ship outside India at this time. If your pincode is not serviceable, the website will tell you at checkout.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 48 working hours of the order being confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Shipping charges
Your first order ships free, anywhere in India, whatever the order value. We identify a first order by the mobile number used at checkout. The charges below apply from your second order onwards.
Pickles are heavy and glass needs careful packing, so what we pay the courier depends on how far the parcel travels. We pass on what we are charged rather than adding one high flat rate for everyone — so if you are near us, you pay less.

A single 250 g jar is a small parcel; 500 g and 1 kg jars, and any order with more than one jar, are heavier parcels.
The exact charge for your order appears at checkout as soon as you enter your pincode, well before you pay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on orders up to ₹3,000, with a handling fee of ₹10 added at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready; some courier partners also accept UPI at the door.
If a COD parcel is refused at delivery or remains undelivered after three attempts, it returns to us. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for that phone number.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we send the AWB number and tracking link by email and WhatsApp. You can also check it any time on our Track Order page using your order number and mobile number.
How we pack
Every jar is sealed, wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a corrugated box. Pickles are oil-based products; some seepage around the lid during transit is normal and does not affect the product. If a jar arrives broken or badly leaking, see our Returns & Refunds policy — we replace it.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address and mobile number carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody was available across three delivery attempts, we can re-ship it after you pay the shipping charge again.
