This website, www.vedicpickles.com, is owned and operated by Dronix Foods Private Limited, House No. 2492, Nausar, Harda 461331, Madhya Pradesh, India ("we", "us", "Vedic Pickles"). By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to the terms below.
1. Products and descriptions
We sell food products — traditional Indian pickles made in small batches. Ingredients, net weight and shelf life are listed on each product page. Colour, texture and spice level vary slightly between batches because the produce and the weather vary; this is normal for handmade pickles and is not a defect.
Photographs are representative. Jars are sold by net weight, not by fill level.
2. Food safety and suitability
Our products are prepared in an FSSAI-licensed kitchen (Lic. No. 21426130000180). They contain salt, oil, chilli and spices, and depending on the variant may contain mustard, peanut oil, sesame or other allergens listed on the product page. If you have an allergy, a medical condition, or are on a restricted diet, please read the ingredients carefully and consult your doctor before buying. We cannot be held responsible for a reaction to an ingredient that is clearly listed.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping and COD handling charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before payment.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured, or once a Cash on Delivery order is placed.
We may correct an obvious pricing error on our website. If your order is affected, we will contact you and either honour the correct price with your consent or cancel and refund the order in full.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the product is out of stock, the pincode is not serviceable, the address looks invalid, we suspect fraud or bulk resale, or the order was placed at an incorrect price.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.
6. Your account information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone number and address you give us. Parcels lost because of a wrong address are not our liability.
7. Use of this website
The content of this site — text, photographs, logos, the "Vedic Pickles" name and the design — belongs to Dronix Foods Private Limited and may not be copied, resold or used commercially without written permission. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, government restrictions or other events outside our reasonable control.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Harda, Madhya Pradesh.
